Professor - Housekeeping

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Housekeeping operations within the hospitality industry and a passion for training and mentoring students. Candidates with prior teaching or training experience in hospitality institutes will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom lectures and practical training sessions for Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects. Train students on housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, room maintenance, guest service standards, and hotel protocols. Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials. Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops, and industry-oriented training sessions. Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical assessments, and examinations. Guide and mentor students for internships, placements, and career development. Participate in curriculum planning and academic activities. Maintain professional standards and discipline within classrooms and practical Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the Housekeeping Department of a reputed hotel, preferably a 4-star or 5-star property. Prior teaching, training, or student mentoring experience in a hospitality institute is preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hotel standards, cleaning procedures, and guest service practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to train effectively and engage students through practical learning methods. Professional attitude with strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
