Our story

Hiring in India breaks in the middle.

Not because good people are scarce, or because good teams don't exist — both are out there in plenty. It breaks in the process between them: briefs that stay vague, candidates who get ghosted after three rounds, recruiters optimizing for a placement fee instead of a fit that actually lasts.

AxureOne exists to fix that, end to end. We map the market and headhunt beyond the people already job-hunting, screen for skill and cultural fit rather than keyword matches, and stay in the loop through every interview and negotiation — so a hiring manager gets a shortlist worth their time, and a candidate gets a straight answer instead of silence.

We're an early-stage recruitment partner, not the biggest name in Indian recruitment, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. What we can promise is the part of this industry that's gone missing: transparent pricing, a real replacement guarantee, and a recruiter who still picks up the phone after the invoice is paid.

I started AxureOne because I kept seeing the same failure from both sides of the table: companies frustrated by recruiters who send volume instead of fit, and genuinely good candidates who disappear into an application black hole and never hear back.

Recruitment doesn't have to work that way. It can be honest about pricing, accountable for the hires it makes, and respectful of a candidate's time — and still move fast enough for a business that needs to hire now. That's the version of this industry I wanted to build, so I built it.
