Recruitment & placement agency in Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Gurugram

Delhi NCR is three hiring markets sharing one name. Gurugram sits in Haryana, Noida and Greater Noida sit in Uttar Pradesh, and the National Capital Territory of Delhi sits between them — three labour departments, three minimum-wage schedules and, every winter, three separate decisions on how many office staff may come in.

We want to be plain about our footprint before anything else on this page. AxureOne is headquartered in Ahmedabad and does not have an office, a desk or a local team anywhere in the NCR. We take Delhi, Noida and Gurugram mandates from Ahmedabad, with sourcing, screening and interview coordination handled remotely, while your own interview rounds run at your office or online exactly as they would with any recruiter.

What the region offers is scale, unevenly spread. Cushman & Wakefield's Q3 2026 office report puts 63% of NCR leasing in Gurugram, 27% in Noida and just 10% in Delhi itself, with the Noida Expressway the single busiest sub-market. Demand swings month to month as well: Naukri JobSpeak had Delhi NCR white-collar hiring up 10% year on year in August 2026 and down 6% in September.

What hires here

The sectors actually doing the hiring in Delhi NCR.

Global capability centres & IT-BPM

Vestian counted 272 GCCs in Delhi-NCR in July 2025 — level with Hyderabad's 273 and well behind Bengaluru's 487. The 2026 constraint is space as much as demand: Cushman & Wakefield reports NCR GCC leasing fell to 1.0 million sq ft in Q3 2026, down 31% on the quarter, partly because large contiguous Grade A+ floor plates in prime micro-markets are scarce.

Consulting, BFSI & professional services

Gurugram's white-collar core. The employers most often reported to Payscale from Gurgaon include Accenture, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, American Express, EXL, Genpact, Bank of America and NatWest. Hiring runs to analysts, audit and advisory, risk, finance operations and client-service roles, concentrated in the Cyber City and Golf Course Road towers.

Automotive & auto components

Maruti Suzuki's two founding plants are here: Gurugram at 5,00,000 units a year and Manesar, its largest site, at 9,00,000, per Suzuki's July 2026 release. New capacity has moved further north in Haryana to Kharkhoda, already at 5,00,000 units and planned to reach one million — so plant engineering, quality and supplier-development hiring now spans two belts rather than one.

Electronics & mobile manufacturing

Noida's manufacturing identity. Samsung opened its 35-acre Sector 81 phone factory in July 2018, described at launch as one of the world's largest, and contract manufacturer Dixon Technologies is headquartered in the city. SMT, production, quality, EHS and supply-chain roles sit above a large assembly workforce whose wage floor Uttar Pradesh raised in April 2026.

IT services, product & engineering R&D

HCLTech's corporate headquarters is at Sector 126 on the Noida Expressway, and GlobalLogic, Nagarro, Samsung and EXL are among the employers most reported to Payscale from Noida. Cost keeps engineering teams on this side of the Yamuna: Grade A rents averaged about ₹62 per sq ft a month in Noida in Q3 2026, against ₹150 in Cyber City, per Cushman & Wakefield.

Government, policy, development & startups

Delhi's own employer base is government-adjacent — ministries, regulators, embassies, multilaterals, think tanks and NGOs; the World Bank's IBRD took 63,600 sq ft at Aerocity in Q3 2026. It is also a founder city: the commerce ministry counted 21,120+ DPIIT-recognised startups in Delhi as of March 2026, against 21,960+ across all of Uttar Pradesh and 11,620+ in Haryana.

Where it happens

The corridors and estates that matter.

  • DLF Cyber City & Golf Course RoadGurugram's prime office core. Cushman & Wakefield puts Cyber City at about 14 million sq ft with 1.3% vacancy in Q3 2026 — effectively full — and Golf Course Road at 6.8 million sq ft and 5.1%. Rapid Metro runs through both and meets the Yellow Line at Sikanderpur. Consulting, BFSI, GCC and corporate-office roles.
  • IMT ManesarAn Industrial Model Township planned by HSIIDC in the 1980s alongside the original Maruti Udyog, with more than 2,100 plots allotted, on NH-48 toward Jaipur. Maruti Suzuki and Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India both manufacture here. Cushman & Wakefield's Gurugram office figures exclude it — this is a plant market, not an office one.
  • Noida Expressway (Sectors 125–135 and beyond)The NCR's most active office sub-market in Q3 2026, at 20% of gross leasing. HCLTech's headquarters sits at Sector 126, and the quarter's larger deals included Xavient Software taking 70,500 sq ft at The Opus 132. IT services, product engineering and shared-services hiring.
  • Greater Noida & the YEIDA–Jewar corridorNoida International Airport at Jewar began commercial flights on 15 June 2026 with Phase 1 capacity of 12 million passengers a year, and the Union Cabinet approved the ₹3,706 crore HCL–Foxconn display-driver chip unit in the YEIDA area in May 2025. The airport's planned metro links are not built yet; for now the Yamuna Expressway is the commute.
  • AerocityDelhi's office-and-hotel district beside IGI airport, on the Airport Express line. It completed 2.2 million sq ft of Grade A space in 2026 to September — including Prestige Trade Centre, let to WeWork, Deloitte, Redbrick and Awfis — so vacancy reads 28.7% even as it led Delhi's absorption. Average rents run about ₹244 per sq ft a month.
  • Connaught Place, Nehru Place & OkhlaThe older Delhi office belts. Connaught Place commands the region's highest Grade A rent, about ₹300 per sq ft a month on a compact 1.5 million sq ft of stock; the South-East Delhi cluster of Nehru Place, Okhla, Jasola and Saket averages about ₹126 at 14.2% vacancy. Head offices, advisory firms, IT services and retail management.

What it pays, and what it takes

Hiring in Delhi NCR, honestly.

Pay, directionally

  • Payscale reports average base pay of about ₹9.82 lakh a year in Gurgaon (3,058 self-reported profiles, updated 28 September 2026), ₹7.31 lakh in Noida (2,215 profiles, 6 October 2026) and ₹6.96 lakh in New Delhi (2,802 profiles, 24 September 2026). Directional only — city-wide averages across every role and level.
  • The spread inside one city is wider than the gap between cities. Among Payscale's most-reported Gurgaon employers, averages run from about ₹3.5 lakh at Teleperformance and ₹4 lakh at Concentrix to ₹20.3 lakh at Cvent and ₹27 lakh at National Australia Bank. Employer and role set the number far more than the postcode does.
  • Role-level public data is uneven across the three. Indeed reports the Noida software-engineer average at ₹8,46,572 a year from 753 salaries, updated 18 October 2026, and labels it in line with the national average. Its Delhi figure rests on 12 salaries last updated in February 2024, and its Gurugram page returned no valid sample when we checked in October 2026 — so we quote neither.
  • Statutory floors differ within a single metro. Per the Delhi Labour Department's latest order on its website, effective 1 April 2025, Delhi's unskilled minimum is ₹18,456 a month; Haryana's schedule from 1 April 2026 sets ₹15,220.71; and Uttar Pradesh's interim rates from 1 April 2026 set ₹13,690 in Gautam Buddha Nagar and Ghaziabad. Delhi revises dearness allowance each April and October, so confirm the current Delhi figure before relying on it.

What actually decides a hire here

  • Noida-to-Gurugram is a relocation conversation, not a commute. There is no direct metro between the two — the journey means changing lines inside Delhi — so a Gurugram role pitched to Noida candidates, or the reverse, loses much of its pool. The Delhi Metro averaged about 64.6 lakh riders a day in 2025, but Manesar and Jewar are still reached by road.
  • Winter pollution rules shape hybrid policy, and they stop at state borders. Delhi's order of 24 November 2025 capped private offices in the NCT at 50% on-site attendance under GRAP Stage III, with the rest mandatorily working from home. The CAQM amendment behind it left the call to each NCR government, so Gurugram and Noida offices can face different rules in the same week — write the contingency into the offer.
  • Haryana's 75% local-hiring quota is not in force. The State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020 covered private-sector posts paying up to ₹30,000 a month; the Punjab & Haryana High Court declared it unconstitutional on 17 November 2023, and the state government said the next day it would move the Supreme Court. Check the current position before planning Gurugram or Manesar volume hiring around it.
  • Delhi has loosened night-shift rules for women. A Labour Department notification in August 2025 exempts shops and commercial establishments other than liquor shops, on conditions: the woman's consent, CCTV with a month of recordings kept, safe transport, a functioning POSH committee, and no one rostered on night shifts only. It matters for retail, hospitality and customer-support hiring inside Delhi.
  • Noida's shop floor had a wage reset in April 2026. Uttar Pradesh revised minimum wages as an interim measure after labour unrest in Noida and Greater Noida — protests and road blockades that disrupted industrial supply chains — with a state committee visiting Gautam Buddha Nagar on 13 April. For electronics and assembly volume hiring, budget from the revised floor, not last year's.
