Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Infraveo Technologies Private Limited (trading as AxureOne) ("AxureOne", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data through axureone.com (the "Site") and our recruitment services. Our registered office is at Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382424, India.

This policy is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). It applies to everyone who uses the Site: companies enquiring about hiring, candidates applying for roles or submitting a CV, and general visitors.

Personal data we collect

We collect personal data directly from you, through the following forms and interactions on the Site:

  • "Post a role" and general contact forms — your name, work email, phone number, company name, and the message you send us. This is stored in Zoho CRM as an enquiry/lead record.
  • Candidate applications and "Submit your CV" — your name, contact details, résumé/CV file, work history, and any other details you choose to include in an application. This is stored in Zoho Recruit as a candidate record.
  • "Book a call" — scheduling details (name, email, chosen time slot) you provide through our embedded Zoho Bookings widget.
  • Basic site analytics — standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type) and functional cookies needed to operate the Site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Why we process your personal data

We use personal data only for the purposes you'd reasonably expect from a recruitment company:

  • Responding to enquiries from companies about hiring with AxureOne.
  • Evaluating candidates against open roles and introducing candidates to prospective employers.
  • Scheduling calls and interviews, including via Zoho Bookings.
  • Operating, securing, and improving the Site.
  • Complying with applicable law.

Lawful basis and consent

Under the DPDP Act, we process personal data on one of two grounds: your consent, given at the point you submit a form on the Site; or, where applicable, a legitimate use recognized under the Act, such as when you voluntarily provide your personal data to us for a specified purpose — for example, submitting your CV to be considered for an open role.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us (see "Contact us" below). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out before withdrawal, and may limit our ability to consider you for a role or respond to your enquiry.

Third-party processors — Zoho

We run our recruitment operations on Zoho Corporation's products, and personal data you submit is processed and stored within these Zoho products on our behalf:

  • Zoho CRM — company enquiries and "post a role" leads.
  • Zoho Recruit — candidate applications, résumés, and hiring pipeline records.
  • Zoho Bookings — call scheduling.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with any third party beyond Zoho (acting as our data processor) except where required by law.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law.

[Placeholder — pending: exact retention periods for CRM enquiry records, Recruit candidate profiles/résumés, and Bookings scheduling data have not yet been finalized with legal counsel or configured in Zoho. No specific period is stated here to avoid guessing — this section will be updated with real figures once confirmed.]

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse — including relying on Zoho's enterprise security practices for the products listed above, and restricting internal access to personal data to authorized personnel who need it to do their job. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights as a data principal

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed.
  • Request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Request erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
  • Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us directly, with a right to escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@axureone.com with your name and the request. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Grievance officer

[Placeholder — pending: a named Grievance Officer has not yet been appointed and published, as required under the DPDP Act. Until one is confirmed, direct any privacy question or grievance to hello@axureone.com and we will address it. This section will be updated with the officer's name and direct contact details once appointed — do not publish this policy without filling in a real name here.]

Children's data

The Site is intended for working professionals and companies, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
