Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of axureone.com (the "Site"), operated by Infraveo Technologies Private Limited (trading as AxureOne), with its registered office at Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382424, India. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who we are and what we do
AxureOne is a boutique recruitment firm based in India. We help companies hire and we help candidates find roles. The Site describes our services, lists open roles, provides interactive tools and articles, and offers forms to get in touch, submit a CV, post a role, or book a call.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and our services. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for, and to bind, that organisation to these Terms.
The Site is informational — no guarantee of outcomes
The Site describes our recruitment services and lists roles for general information. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of employment, of being shortlisted or interviewed, or of a successful hire. Recruitment outcomes depend on the specific role, candidate, and employer involved, and on many factors outside our control.
The only performance commitment we make is our 90-day replacement guarantee, which applies to client companies and is provided strictly on the terms set out in a separate, signed services agreement — not through the Site.
Recruitment engagements are governed separately
These Terms cover use of the Site only. Any actual recruitment engagement — including fees, timelines, deliverables, and the 90-day replacement guarantee — is governed exclusively by a separate, signed services agreement between Infraveo Technologies Private Limited and the client company. Nothing on the Site amends, supersedes, or substitutes for that agreement. In the event of any conflict between the Site’s content and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Your obligations and the accuracy of information
Whether you use the Site as a candidate or on behalf of a company, you agree to provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete, and to keep it up to date. Specifically:
- Candidates — you confirm that the details in your application and CV are genuine and your own, that you are entitled to share them with us, and that you consent to us sharing the relevant parts of your profile and CV with prospective employers so they can evaluate your candidacy.
- Companies — you confirm that you are authorised to post the role and to share the information you provide, that the role details are accurate, and that you will comply with all applicable laws (including equal-opportunity and non-discrimination requirements) when considering candidates we introduce.
- Companies — you agree to treat candidate information we share with you as confidential and to use it only to evaluate that candidate for the relevant role.
You are responsible for the information you submit. We may rely on it as accurate, and we are not liable for consequences arising from information that turns out to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, including a job application or a role posting.
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract job listings, articles, tools, or other Site content without our prior written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or any account, or to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site.
- Circumvent or interfere with our security or anti-abuse measures, including the Site’s CAPTCHA and rate limiting.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, and remove content, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
No employment or agency relationship
Using the Site or submitting your details does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and AxureOne. We act as an intermediary that introduces candidates and companies; any hiring decision and any resulting employment relationship is solely between the candidate and the employer.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Site (for example, your CV or a role description). By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and share that content solely as needed to provide our recruitment services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the AxureOne name and marks, articles, and interactive tools — are owned by Infraveo Technologies Private Limited or its licensors, except for third-party client logos, which are displayed with the permission of the companies they belong to and remain the property of those companies. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
Third-party services and links
Some forms and features on the Site are powered by third-party services — including our CRM, applicant-tracking, and scheduling platform, Google Analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Netlify (see our Privacy Policy for details). The Site may also link to third-party websites. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, performance, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Job listings and other information may change, and we do not warrant that any role is currently available or that any application will receive a response.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infraveo Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a separately signed services agreement, which is governed by its own terms, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infraveo Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of information that is false, misleading, or infringes the rights of any third party.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution provisions in a separately signed services agreement, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site. This matches the governing-law clause used in our services agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
