About the role

A fast-growing parking and valet management company is hiring Operations Executives in eight cities to make sure every site runs to standard, every day.

Openings

  • One each in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Kochi, Mumbai and Chennai

What you will do

  • Visit your sites daily and check staff attendance, grooming and deployment
  • Arrange relievers to fill staffing gaps
  • Make sure staff follow the SOPs for vehicle handling, safety and customer service
  • Report damage, complaints or safety incidents immediately, with photos and details
  • Track keys, tags, uniforms and equipment at each site
  • Submit an end-of-day site report and accurate attendance and overtime inputs
  • Brief new and existing staff on the SOPs

What we are looking for

  • Experience in field operations or site supervision: valet, parking, security or facility management
  • Willing to work at sites, in shifts and in all weather, and to travel locally
  • Basic Excel and mobile-app skills for reports and attendance
  • English is essential; Hindi, Kannada or the local language is needed for working with site staff
